As mentioned on the call, you really can't see who is the chat room unless you click the options button. It's a nice way to build relationships with other members. Great way to connect and share contact information, twitter id's, web urls etc. I do believe you can save the chat conversation. I meant to test it but forgot. I don't think the chat window is the best place for people to post questions for you Bob. They can get lost among the chat, especially if there is a larger group.
