I agree with Laurie on the chat window.  As mentioned on the call, you really can&#039;t see who is the chat room unless you click the options button. 

It&#039;s a nice way to build relationships with other members. Great way to connect and share contact information, twitter id&#039;s, web urls etc.  I do believe you can save the chat conversation. I meant to test it but forgot.

I don&#039;t think the chat window is the best place for people to post questions for you Bob. They can get lost  among the chat, especially if there is a larger group. 

The call felt more engaging with the chat window.

Ditto on giving it a few more tries.</description>

The chat window served a good purpose today...being able to share links, email addresses etc. For this small a group it was okay...but it can also be distracting when people are commenting about other things. That being said, it was a way for us to share our tips with each other too (Thanks Clay!)
