Thanks D’vorah,
I’ve added the handout that gives the pages from the presentation with the link codes. Look for “Link Codes Handout” above.
Bob,
I have a question about my current site where I have installed DAP. When we first started the training, I unpublished all the content (there wasnt too much there, about 5 pages and 8 or 10 posts) so that I could start fresh with the training.
I know in Module 6 we will be working with the DAP affiliate system, AWeber, etc. Will it be critical for me to have everything on the site published at that time, or can I continue to have all my content in unpublished mode until I am ready to “go live”?
Thanks,
Sheri
Hi Bob!
Kindly add my name to the list of the people wishing to have transcripts from the course available for working reference.
Thanking you in advance.
Have a fun & safe trip.
Janice
Bob – I’ve made some videos w/ the flip video camera. Does wp have a plug-in for loading them so I don’t have to use You-tube? and will it work w/ DAP too?
Thank you.
Hi Bob,
I have a question about an existing blog. You turned the date off when it came to publishing protected posts. Is there a way that you can run a standard blog with dated postings and other posts that appear in your membership site that do not have dates.
I think I am confused about the dating thing if you are working in an already configured blog.
Cheers and thanks, Andrea
At this time, you can’t have it both ways. You would do one or the other. If the date is not too prominent, it’s not a big deal. But if you really want it to appear evergreen, then you remove them from the theme altogether.
Hi again,
Do you know how to configure a forum inside a membership site? Do you just build a SimplePress forum and then protect the page with DAP?
Cheers and thanks again, Andrea
I have not set up a forum yet, but when you sync the WP and DAP data, then when you set up a WP-based forum like SIMPLE Press, then you are supposed to be able to restrict threads by level of membership. This is something to run past Ravi and Veena. When I get experience with this myself, I’ll let you know; but I’m terrible at this point in running forums, to be honest. So I haven’t set them up on my DAP sites yet.
Hi Bob – Great session!
you asked me to post this request on this page – I actually have two requests.
1. Can you put a Modules tab on this page – if I had not watched you type in the URL I would not have known how to find the replays.
when you go to the training page – there are misc. blog posts but no links to the modules or replays.
2. can you please make a pdf cheat sheet with all of the %% ….%% DAP codes and Affiliate codes so that we have easy access to that material.
THANK YOU for taking us step by step through this process!
