You can change your account level (upgrade or downgrade) or cancel it completely.
Change Your Account
To upgrade or downgrade your account to another paid level (gold, platinum, diamond), follow these steps:
- Go to the upgrade page and order your preferred level
- Submit the form below to make sure your previous subscriptions are cancelled.
Cancel Your Account
Before you cancel, I hope you’ll give me the opportunity to resolve the issue motivating you to terminate your account. Please submit a ticket at my help desk, and we’ll make sure that there hasn’t been a miscommunication or technical error.
Please note the following before you cancel:
- If you cancel now and come back later, you’ll be responsible for re-joining at the new pricing
- Your account and access to the courses available to you will cease immediately, and revert to the Silver/Affiliate level
- Refunds are not given past the first 30 days of your membership
